So I read up on the whole B6 deal. I tried it last night, took it right before I went to bed. 150mg at about 11 at night. I must say I do faintly remember about 4-5 dreams, which is more than I have before. I generally remember at least 1 each night. But I also was talking myself to sleep telling myself "I will remember my dreams." They weren't very vivid, nothing stood out once I woke up. But after each dream I did wake up and write them down.
So I'm excited that it worked for recall, but I'm already decent at recall, I want more vividness. By the way I had my first lucid the other night, it's in the lucid experiences forum. Just looking to better my lucidity.
