I think i might have tooken too much supplement, in all i think i have tooken 6 times their RDA. In hindslight i know this is stupid i feel like somebody kicking me in the head, also my concentration has really gone and i feel sick. Well has anyone tooken to much supplement and does the sick feeling go away.
P.S. I have heard alot about neurological damage and i feel scared abit to go asleep.

Yeah, the bad feeling does go away. But, oubt you've had bad effects by taking 6 times the RECCOMENDED daily allowance. You sure uyou don;'t mean the maximum? Cos the reccommended is fuck all, even 6 times that shouldn't make you feel effects...
I guess it all depends on what "supplement" you took. Most likely you will be OK, but if you take 6x the RDA of some "supplements" you may want to call the poison control.
As was said earlier though, IF you wake up tomorrow.... you SHOULD be fine.
Im fine it just that my eyes and head where hurting really bad and reading about vietmin poising didnt help. How much b6 should i take?

taking to much can result in brain damage. start out small next time and it should be fine.
