      do i have to take just B6???? or can i take a vitamin with 2MGS of B6 but it hase other stuff like vitamen K, and E and Biotin????

      I've been meaning to buy B6 supplements, but I keep forgeting to get them. As of now I take vitamins with B6 like you mentioned. It doesn't hurt your lucid dreaming ability, but I believe to seriously help you have to take B6 in larger quantities. Make sure if you take suppliments you don't go over the maximum dosage.

      but like the vitamins i started taking yesterday have like 2mgs is that enough????

      how much people need

      Teen guys need 1.3 mg of vitamin B6 daily and teen girls need 1.2 mg. others say that guys need 3 mg and girls need 2 mg.[/b]
      So yes, 2mg should be enough.

      2mgs will usually not be enough to induce anything you&#39;ll notice. Most pills come in 50mg and 100mg dosages. The maximum daily intake is around 1000mg, but you should really aim for more like taking one pill 3 nights out of the week at most.
      I&#39;ve been using the 100mg B6 pills for about 2 months now, and on the nights I take them I notice an increase in vividness, and my recall improves.
