      I have a cassette tape that has LaBerge on it talking through a visualization meditation thingy. I am rather
      bored using it. Are there any other cassettes like this or how would one prepare their own is there a formula or something?

      I think you mean hypnosis. Having someone speaking in your ear isnt meditation. Well i suggest you buy a cheep mp3 player and download one of the lucid dreaming mp3 files around this site. Alternatively you can try real meditation.

      I wouldnt prepare your own because you would need pretty good knoledge of hypnosis and spend ages actually making it.

      Having someone speak into your ear is not necessarily hypnosis. It can be hypnosis, subliminal suggestion, or what's called guided meditation.
