I really have trouble understanding your posts, your style of writing is not one i am able to cope with. How i read this was that music sounded amazing but you haven't slept for three nights. Perhaps you shouldn't listen to it after the first 2 nights of non-sleep..

So is this effect good or bad.. and has it had any dream related effects?

nope just amazingly vivid thoughts. Its causing me side effects mentally though im cutting down to two nights a week and not in a row

Okay I don't know of any MP3s that will ACTUALLY clearly noticably change my Mind state or Consciousness level. I believe I came across the Word ''Mind Voyages'' on here. Can you give us a link of the exact topic and the links to the site you downloaded the MP3s from?

Also maybe your restlessness and sleeplessness of lately may very well be unrelated to the MP3s. I have years of perfect sleep and then suddenly I have Insomnia and Sleeplessness for 7 moths straight.
These Insomnias can be caused by a nummer of factors: Mental Stress, Your Biological Clock being deregulated due to long periods of irregulair sleeping/waking times, Strong Emotions, Being very happy and overjoyed: Excitement, physical and mental, usually leads to a current of Mental and Physical energy keeping you wide awake all night. They have an Interresting article about Types of Insomnia and their causes here on Wikipedia.

And if you're still really convinced the MP3s have something to do with it can you Tell me about that Sensation you can't control you mentioned in your first post? What kind of sensation is it? And can you be absolutely sure that the MP3s induced this feeling?

Yeah. no i got like 7 hours of sleep (LOTS FOR ME) the two last nights trying the mp3's. I left them on repeat all listned to them all night. woke up felt refreshed. 20 minutes later or so, BAM CRASHED FEELING. Then, when i got to school i was drowsy all day, it was a thursday. I came home and i started listning to- To Whom the bells toll-metallica. AND IT WAS AMAZING it sounded so CLEAR and made me go nuts? iunno i could not stop jamming out even when it was done and nothing was playing i was still banging my head(like rockers do), went on ultimate guitar Felt absolutly smarter at guitar better and everything. Taught a guy guitar progressions and how to compose with them, man i felt smart. After that, told everyone on msn how i was feeling. It was like an extacy trippage. Iv never done extacy but my friend has cuz hes bad, and told me thats what it felt like after he did extacy. anyways. after all this excitement i CRASHED like absolutely felt exhausted. Oh yeah my stomache twitched the whole day. then I ate too many pizzas fer supper and had a tummy ache for school on friday. so i stayed home. Watched some Hero's. And im not experimenting with the mp3's till tonight again. My stomache twitches and my finger twitches when i do the mp3's maybe its because of the dexedrine i take for my adhdness. EITHER way its like a drug trances u as soon as u start listning. I did it to 3 friends they didn;t wake from the trance unless i pauused it fiddled with the volume on my ipod or tapped them. They were all skeptical too at first.

Are you talking about the "Brainwave Mind Voyage" series? And if so which ones are you talking about?

This stuff is great. Better than taking drugs. I was listening all the while doing some work on the comp. Suddenly, my attention waned from work and found myself staring at the screen. My eyes then lost focus and I felt too relaxed to bring the focus back. Then the unfocused screen started vibrating in and out along with the vibrations of the audio.

Great stuff.

Alright, well it wasn't a "digital drug" like I had heard, but it did make me kind of bugged out. I went to lay down after posting that, and I tried to WILd, but I couldn't because my dog came up on my bed and bugged me, then it got to the ninth one in the seris, and it was freaky, like subliminal, so I shut it off and went to bed.

Dude theres subliminal messages in all of the mp3's. they just tell u ur gunna lucid dream the thing is they somewhat need to be edited because your not supposed to hear the backround voice concioisly thats for ur sub concious to pick up. Listen to all 1-9 again lay down in ur room pitch black door closed. repeat for three nights and ull feel what i felt.

But I think you are supposed to hear the voice in the first few because he is trying to hypnotise you, and your suposed to be asleep for the ninth one so that the voices go to your subconsious.

Never got me lucid either but when i listened to them all conciously except the last 3 when i was asleep, i was vidid thinking. not dreaming though. every thought that i had came with a visual and i could see it so clearly. BUT I read on another forum somewhere a person who had the same mp3's had the same thoughts that i did, that includes the vortex tube, underwater with the scuba diver, planets, earth, clowns, and stuff and lots of colors. Thats all the stuff that i was thinking about ahahah
