Hi there

Yesterday I went and bought a bottle of 50mg B6 tablets, I took 2 about 30 mins before I went to sleep. Then I set my alarm for 5 hours after I went to sleep, so I could do the WBTB method and MILD, but I closed my eyes then my alarm went off, and it was 5 hours later!

I don't remember dreaming at all, and when I went back to sleep I don't remember any dreams either.

Am I taking it too early, or too late, or the wrong amount? Or was this just a random occurence?
Any advice please!

And there you will always long to return

Yeah usually I recall at least 1 dream per night, if I set an alarm and tell myself to remember dreams and wake up 3 or 4 times during the night, then I remember 3 or 4 dreams.

B6 can be hit or miss for me. Sometimes I have great vivid dreams on it, other times I have no recall.

I usually take 1 50mg tab right before bed. I know that other people have good results when they take it right before the WBTB.

It really seems to differ from person to person. I know some people get good results from much higher doses, but I can barely sleep even when I only take 100mg.

Try to take a smaller dose next time, just mess with it and see what works for you.

Also, don't use it every day.

Yeah, I took it 3 days in a row, and nothing happened at all. I'll try taking just a 50mg tablet, and see what happens!

I usually do that in the early hours of the morning, skip hours in the blink of an eye. Can't remember dreaming much when I do it, if not at all

I took 1 50mg tab about 30 mins before i went to sleep, and I had awesome dreams! My recall was definitely better. I don't know about the clarity or vividness, it seemed round about the same to me.

I took it last night, and I dont think it did much for me... in fact, I think it hindered it a little bit, so I dont think I'm gonna take it anymore.

B6 was definitely a hit for me! I've been taking it 2 to 3 hours before sleeping for 2 days and last night, I had like 5 or 6 very vivid dreams in a row! Unfortunately they were short, and I would wake up after each, but that was still a memorable experience!
