I found Algonquin Lucid Dream Tea in a Native craft store. I was on my way out and spotted it out of the corner of my eye. Had to buy and try it.

The woman at the store said it enhances or makes dreams more memorable in those that she knows who use the stuff. She didn't know if it induced actual Lucid Dreams... but makes dreams more lucid in regards to vividity.

Anyone else ever use this stuff? I tried it and just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced it?

My mom bought me that same tea at x-mas. It's a nice tasting tea, but I don't think it actually causes enhanced dream of any kind except for the placebo effect. After doing a little research of their one and only ingredient. I have not found conclusive (or very much) data about the link between sage and dreaming. I personally have not experienced any change in my dreaming. Would be curious to know if you've had better results.

I tried it for a week. It didn't seem to help me at all.

      But..

A guy who was drinking it with me, a guy who rarely ever remembers his dreams, had two very vivid dreams that he attributes to the tea. Maybe it helps those who are struggling with dream recall?

How'd you find out the main ingredient is sage? The only thing it lists on the site is Sweet Gale. I have no idea what that is.

I found the Jung comment slightly amusing from the site:
Lucid Dream helps you remember your dreams when taken just as you fall asleep (does not keep you awake). The plant Sweet Gale myricia gale (not to be confused with a close relative which is often given the same 'common name' in western Canada) grows along moving rivers and is picked by canoe. The roots of each plant are connected to each other underwater, and can be used by the more dedicated dreamer to 'dream with others' (Jung would have loved this plant&#33

      Not a problem.
I just thought you had some sort of inside scoop on this stuff that the rest of us 'normal' folks weren't privy to.
