Well here I am, having just drank 1 cup of hot chocolat milk from pure cacao powder with 3 heaped teaspoons of sugar and half an Ephedra capsule added. I have done this before but then I put the half ephedra capsule in a Tea in the morning. Got mentally very calm, alert and physically charged and energised. That day I had a remarkable amount of energy and I could run fast and still not break a sweat. I felt energised yet at the same time empty, light and Relaxed; Kind of the physical feeling of XTC.
However having smoked quite a couple of joints today and having spent alot of time in the burning sun I am really relaxed and worn down right now.
I wonder what this Sleepyness and Ephedra Clearity combination will do once I'm asleep.
I have found out that I'm one of the rare people being well able to sleep on Stimulants: Coffee, Energy Drink, Tea...etc
This is my first experiment trying to sleep on a really strong Stimulant.
My plan is to do further experiments after this one with more, other Stimulants to sleep on.

Results were: I OBVIOUSLY had intense dreams only very poor recall. I KNOW I had intense dreams the way I emotioannly felt all stirred up uppon awakening and having brief visions of intricate dreamscenes and situations; too brief to comprehend and remember the entire dream.
Tonight I'll be sleeping on Nutmeg: I ate 2,5 Tablespoons of freshly ground Nutmeg at 23:10 It's effects usually start 3 - 6 hours after ingestion and are known to last up to 36 hours afterwards. The effects should peak exactly when I'm asleep and about to enter my last and longest REMcycle ( 05:10 )I am now drinking a glass of cola to make me a bit sharper and more alert as the Nutmeg is allready making me feel rather sleepy and dreamy. I'll most probably wake up all tripped up so perhaps in this "deeper" state of consciousness I am more likely to be in touch with my Dreaming Mind and recall dreams easier uppon awakening. Also when I wake up I'll go back to sleep for another 2 hours or so and attempt WILD.
Well I'm all about to find out tomorrow.
Next experiments I will try sleeping on rather big amounts of energy drink and coffee.
If only there is some herb or medicine known to be significantl Clearmindedness, awareness and alertness increasing.
