I have had a lot of success lately following the following regimen; esp. good for Friday pm/Saturday am:
Go to bed early, like 8 or 9 pm.
Get up at 2 or 3 am.
Take 16 mgs of galantamine (GalantaMind).
Place a low dose Nicoderm patch on my arm. (I'm a non-smoker, so this makes me hyperalert!)
Stay up for about an hour reading.
Remove the Nicoderm patch.
Go back to sleep, listening to a mind-sync CD, like "Astral Vibrations" or "Lucid Dream Induction" as I fall asleep.
Expect to LD around 6-7 am.
Like I said, I've been doing this for a few weeks, although not every night, and it has never failed to produce one or more LDs, usually a WILD with SP and vibrations.
