I ate three of these babies last night...
Step 1: Separate one clove from the rest of the garlic.
Step 2: On the end where the stem was connected, grab hold of the layers of skin to peel them off. Continue peeling until all dry skin is removed.
Step 3: On a cutting board, remove the ends and dice the rest. When you dice it, there is less acidity.
Step 4: Enjoy, but keep a strong tasting drink closeby.
