Vitamin B Seems to Work... so far!

Recently I started taking a B complex I picked up at Walmart, just for general health reasons.

The first night I took it I had long vivid dreams... the first one of the bunch being the longest and most vivid. 2 or 3 to follow but not as vivid (or harder to remember).

Every night I've taken it it's been cool! Although I haven't attained lucidity yet with them (been LDing for years).

One of these times I should be able to figure it out though. Just thought I'd pass this along.
Only the cinders remain as another night becomes a yesterday...

I took B-6 for the first time last night and it really helped with my recall and the realness of the dream. I remembered 3-4 dreams last night, which I havent been able to do for a year. They were not lucid, but were so real. I dreamt of a place I walk around daily and there was literally no difference. The detail of builings, people, and my other surroundings was amazing. I suggest that you give it a try. It's not expensive, only like 5 bucks for 100 pills. So even if it doesnt work for you, its not that much out of your pocket. You can find it at any drug store or even a walgreens or somethin like that.

It may or may not help, some people say it does others no. I would advise against using it just so that you get better yourself. You don't want to rely on it! It is possible to have very vivid dreams without it, as I have myself, It's all chance, I don't think it really can help that much.

Hey again. Just another comment to add about the B-6. I took it again last night and remembered my dreams again. Sadly no lucids yet, but they are much clearer that normal dreams I have. I also noticed that, for me, my dreams were re-enacted in places I usually visit during waking life. Just wanted to say that anyone else who experiences this could have a pretty good shot at an LD if they do reality checks often.
Why does it seem so hard to wake up now and see who we really are?
