Page says it contains 15% of the DRA for B6, which is maximally something like .3 mg. Lucid dreaming doses usually start at 50 mg. I suspect the only substance in diet coke plus that might influence your dreams would be the same thing in diet coke that might influence your dreams, which is caffeine.
...vitamin-pumped sodas are the silliest wannabe health foods ever invented. It's like adding vitamin C to cigarettes.

Yeah, it's really stupid... At least they could add a higher amount of those vitamins, cause 15% of the RDA is as good as nothing... Even if it meets any success I'll still drink regular coke...Quote:
