Trying to ID an LD induction series

A long time ago, a friend of mine lent me a CD with some information on lucid dreaming.

Alas, the CD is nowhere to be found anymore :(

Basically, it mostly consisted of historical information along with voice actors playing the parts of various lucid dreamers in history, but it also had various control techniques like using a television screen to change locations in a dream.

What little details I can actually remember:
The first track was about a university professor who first became lucid while meeting a young girl in his dream
The narrators voice was very eerie :?
The background sounds were very ambient and eerie.

Does anyone know where these are from?

Sorry for the lack of details, but if I remember anything else, I'll post it.
