In my experience, most of those don't work. But if that sort of thing works on you, my best advice to you would be to just try a bunch of them really. It affects different people differently.

The one that works the best is the one you could make for yourself Kylor, since you could make adjustments to it and change it as many times as you like until you get one that works.

Buy yourself a text-to-speech program like TextAloud, and a mixer type of program like Multiquence and make your own subliminal or hypnosis files to listen to.

There are also several free programs that you might be able to use.

I think the statements should be something you could understand while dreaming. That's key. Statements you know that would trigger a lucid for you. I use entrainment files and autosuggestion files. They work well for me because I created them for me!

I dont know of any free programs other than running the demo and capturing it with some type of recorder, (tape deck, computer, audio cd burner etc). The demos usually will not allow you to export to wav. file. (Ex: Brainwave Gen, Brain Sound Studio) Or did you mean text to speech?

Here's a couple, but don't ask me how to use them because I use other programs that are easier to use.

i've been using the Brainwave Mind Voyages (Series XII) - Guided Dream Incubation series for over a week and it seems to have finally set into my unconscious. a few days ago I was dreaming and I literally said out loud, "I'm dreaming". was pretty amazing.
