Why? The Title sounded like a really bright idea to me :)
There's tons of Lucid Foods-topics but not one where they were actually tested and confirmed to work or not work. I would have liked to participate to seperate the truth from the lies.
Well what I was going to do, Was research different chemicals related to lucid dreaming, find out what foods which had the highest quanitities in, and focus my diet primarily around those foods. But my schedule will be a bit awkward, what with the end of the holidays and whatnot and a lack of much food in the house :P
I was going to start with Choline, with the information on the foods found here
