Sunflower seeds contain B6 Vitamin

I'm sure there is another thread about the B6 vitamin topic(so excuse if I'm crowding the forum unnecesarily), but I'm going to input my own experience here.

I was reading about cheese that helps to have more vivid lucid dreams and I saw that some of the specialities of food contain large amounts of B6 vitamin. Last night I had a very realistic dream that almost got lucid(I really should not give in to my imagination:bowdown: so often) and I made the connection between sunflower seeds and dreaming vividly(although my guess is you have to eat a lot...like I did last evening:D).

Do you fellow dreamers know of any other food that contains natural amounts of B6 Vitamin?

I don't think that there are any foods that contain a significant amount of B6. If you have an effect, then it's probably a placebo effect. The average intake to increase dreaming is 50 times more than the daily recommended amount.
