Showering Right Before Bed?
Kind of an off-beat topic (but not even close to that Cheese Induced Lucid Dream... wtf?!) but I was about to go shower and then consult the pillow and I got to thinking... does being clean post-shower pre-sleep effect anything?
The only thing I am thinking so far would be comfort, which can aid in WILD, but since you can't WILD when you first are going to sleep I don't think it would make a difference...
Am I crazy by thinking there is something to this? And I mean really crazy? Like I think of AP and OBEs as weird, but is there something about being underwater maybe? Like a subconscious connection to the comfort of being in the womb that might help one get into a dream cycle faster? Or anything like that?
I think I'm milking this one for all it's worth lol but I'm interested...
Thoughts???
