The main ingredient is 50mg of b6.... that is known to intensify dreams.

it also has melatonin. found in everything living. it effects your saritonin I think though.

some other ingredients I'm not sure what they do but...

Don't waste your money on this, just buy B6, and the other ingredients seperatly if you want them. It will save money.

It's like buying potatoes, when you just can go buy the ingredients, and make them in your kitchen yourself

Lost count of how many lucid dreams I've had

Actually, no. The main ingredient is 4mg galantamine which is known to greatly increase the ability to have lucid dreams.

It also contains 50mg B6, but this is not nearly enough to have an effect on lucid dreaming. The levels of B6 needed to have any effect on lucid dreaming at all are far above what is considered healthy.

      I think it's B5 in this pill, not B6.
In any case look at the Galantamine + Choline thread ( http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=38677 )
From there, you will find a lot of information and links on the ingredients and how to use them separately.
This particular pill you linked to will probably not work well because the Melatonine contradicts with the rest of the ingredients.

Yes, you are absolutely right. Well, B5 is needed to synthesize acetylcholine from choline, but it's not going to do anything for lucid dreaming by itself.

Yes, galantamine is for real. I've had awesome results with it. As dodobird points out, see the galantamine and choline posts. I personally had used 8mg galantamine and 400 mg choline with multiple lucids almost every time. I also agree that this should not be used in conjunction w/ melatonin. Melatonin is fine to take if your motive is to get to sleep early and sleep soundly for 5-6 hours before doing WBTB. That way, you get your physically recuperative sleep behind you and you can play in your REM space for the rest of the evening (as the result of takingn galantamine).

I've never heard of that chemical. Perhaps it works. Order it and let us know!
