Actually, no. The main ingredient is 4mg galantamine which is known to greatly increase the ability to have lucid dreams. |

Yes, galantamine is for real. I've had awesome results with it. As dodobird points out, see the galantamine and choline posts. I personally had used 8mg galantamine and 400 mg choline with multiple lucids almost every time. I also agree that this should not be used in conjunction w/ melatonin. Melatonin is fine to take if your motive is to get to sleep early and sleep soundly for 5-6 hours before doing WBTB. That way, you get your physically recuperative sleep behind you and you can play in your REM space for the rest of the evening (as the result of takingn galantamine). |
