      Good vibrations?

      Greetings,
I've been reading alot about lucidity aids and had an idea that I haven't seen anyone try and thought I'd bring it up. I know people have used timers on digital watches to "beep" for reminders to do reality checks. At best I've seen mixed results with people being able to recognize the signal in their sleep. I was wondering... I know they make watches, both digital and analog that vibrate for deaf people and for the elderly to cue medication needs. Has anyone attempted using a vibrating watch for LD cues?

I hear that the sensual feeling of touch is least likely to reach you while in a dream, unless it is jerky enough to actually warrant an awakening. Audial and visual input are far more likely to reach you in a dream.

Maybe that's why it didn't work for me. It just woke me and my partner up. Beeps never did anything for me either.
