It is about 37 mins long. Perfect length for before sleep or leave it on loop to roll into the night. (no messages in it - I can put them in later if needed)

Thank you so much! I've listened to many MP3's in the past and most incorporated the wave rolling in some way...this should be quite good, though I'v yet to try it out. I'm going to downlaod it now. Thanks
