      Saltcube.

      Hey guys!
I still have not had a lucid dream (after quite a while) and so bought Saltcube. No, this is not an advertisement lol. I watched it, and it all sounds good, but does anyone here think it will help me get my first Lucid?
      I am soooo desperate haha.
      Thanks.
      Ben
      P.S. All opinions appreciated!

I haven't seen it. Is it easy to summarize?

Keep a journal, look for dream signs, do lots of reality checks...have you done those things, in a dedicated way?

If so, it is probably just a matter of time. I know it's annoying when things aren't going well, but don't give up.

I've also got the saltcube DVD. There are already some threads on this topic.

I think it's a pretty good DVD. It looks at LDing a bit differently, very scientific and physiological, gives some good advice. But the rhytm napping thing is just too annoying for me. I tried it a few times though, you can download a free program from their site that wakes you up at the right intervals.
      Good luck with it.
