Not really, just preference.

Some brands have different dosage. 4mg or 8mg, or its mixed with something. Depends on the brand.

GalantaMind is 4mg and 200mg choline which is pretty good. That is the one sold on amazon

I got a couple LD's from Galantamind now. One good one. I need 8 mg, but you may be different. No side effects for me either.

I got the Galantamind pills at first, but the B5 in those seems to keep me awake so I got the Lucid Dreamer supplements from http://www.dreamamins.com/, and have had some better success.

I am pretty sure that GalantaMind has the same ingredients as the Brilliant Dreams pill, minus the melatonin that comes with Brilliant Dreams.

I tried Brilliant Dreams before and it made my dreams less rich and vivid, but I am going to give GalantaMind a shot because it can be used during the day. Perhaps improving waking memory will assist in dream memory.
