Auto-Alarm, Isochronictones, Another Alarm, More Iso-Tones MP3 (Need Testers)

Edit: AKKKK! I spelt "Isochronic [space] Tones" incorrectly in the title. That's life, I guess.

Yes! I had the audacity to finally put to use Audacity, a sound editing program.
This is a 7 hour long MP3. It contains:

      1. 4 hours 50 minutes of golden, lovely silence (giving you about 20 minutes to fall asleep. Skip forward if you fall asleep sooner).
      2. Suddenly... an alarm noise! Shrill, nasty, but odd-sounding, so that you don't mistake it for a real alarm. You may mistake it for a smoke detector though (sorry).
      3. 8 minutes to not move and fall asleep again for the isochronic tones to start up (isochronic tones lovingly stolen from Iso-Tones.com. Except they are not stolen because I followed the rules set forth by the Creative Commons license that they have).
      4. An alarm around 6 hours 30 minutes after first going to bed (and falling asleep after 20 minutes, then falling asleep after, say, 10 minutes with the first awakening).
      5. More Iso-Tones! After some silence, of course.

      That's it.

I would like some testers. This sort of thing should be used with a WBTB or, in the case of me, a WILD where the alarm wakes me, I don't move, and then I WILD without the whole moving aspect. Or just to wake up and try to remember a dream. Or something. Leave me alone. Where was I going with this?

Right, yes. I would love a report or something about how well it works and whether I should add things, change time cues, etc. Thank you very much for your support, and I hope this assists.

      tl;dr:

Gift from me to you, a sexy MP3 to help you LD. Wakes you up in the middle of the night. Twice. Includes isochronic tones. Tell me if I need to change things.

Link to download the (rather huge) file:
Megaupload: I'm an uncompressed, messy sumo wrestler of a file! On MegaUpload!
ThePirateBay: O, wanna go all torrent on me? Both have slow download rates. Pick your poison.

Link to download the source file (Audacity file):
Megaupload: If you want to edit this and make it better, go ahead. I believe in you.
ThePirateBay: Yes, this is the same as above. But it includes the original file.

I am intrigued by the audio session that plays after you fall asleep at the iso-tones website. I am assuming it has a tone to bring you close to waking consciousness but doesn't wake you. If one was dreaming at that time then it could trigger lucidity. How is your experiment panning out?

Well I'm not an iPod guy, but I believe you just download the MP3, click 'n drag it to your iTunes library, and then sync it to your device.

As for the links, there are two sets. The first set is the MP3 file, all packed up and ready to go to your iPod or phone or whatever. The second set is the original files, NOT packed into some compressed format like MP3, still editable in the original program (in this case, Audacity). You probably won't want that version unless you either want to edit the sounds, or download half the memory and then export an MP3 yourself.

The only difference between the links in each set is that the first link downloads via HTTP (your web browser, in other words), and the second downloads via a torrent application (which is more complicated, but basically is everyone downloading is uploading too, sharing the file with everyone).

However, to make things oober easy for you, cuz I'm just a nice guy like that, I'll say JUST CLICK HERE!

      Hope that helps.

I'm currently downloading the Audacity file to try. I'll check it out and may adjust the timing a little to fit my sleep/WBTB schedule. Will post back after I give it a shot.

You'll most likely need to download the one from the very first link. That should be the MP3 version to import directly into iTunes.
