      Vitamen help

      I got a High Potency B Complex

      it contains

      vitamin c 300 mg 500%
      thiamin 15 mg 1,000%
      riboflavin 10.2 mg 600%
      niacin 50 mg 250%
      vitamin b-6 5 mg 250%
      folic acid 400 mcg 100%
      vitamin b-12 6 mcg 100%
      biotin 5 mcg 2%
      pantothenic acid 10 mg 100%

      is this good?

      im planning to take one daily in the morning with milk.. or water

      looks good, most of the work will come from B6.

      Tryptophan will convert B6, into serotonin. Serotonin suppress REM and as it wears off it will result in REM rebound.

      only 5 mg of B6? That would barely do anything. You need at least 75-100 mg taken before bed time, with a tryptophan hearty meal.

      You have it backwards my friend. B6 will convert tryptophan into serotonin

      Hm, I tried a b complex right before bed. I think I screwed up by doing that, because I don't recall a single dream. I did have to wake up early. Probably if I could have slept in, I'd have had better success.
