I've played around with herbs a little, but without any success. Some of the herbs you mention are in Dreamboost. But, again, I've tried this product and I can't say that I noticed any impact on my dreaming. |

some herbs suposed to help with lucid dreaming would be peppermint, mugwort, nutmeg and the biggest sucess of them all Calea Zacatechichi this bigg one is recomended in capsule form. |

I don't have the pills in front of me. It's one of the combined formulas. There are only a few commercially available. I take two caps of the "LucidDreamer" formula which has 4 mg galantamine and 200 mg of choline per pill. If you do a google search I'm sure you'll find it. |
