I've played around with herbs a little, but without any success. Some of the herbs you mention are in Dreamboost. But, again, I've tried this product and I can't say that I noticed any impact on my dreaming.

Ingredients: Calea Zacatechichi, Mugwort Extract, Wild Lettuce Extract, Passionflower Extract, Green Tea Extract, L-5-Hydroxytryptaphan (5-HTP), Dimethylaminoethanol Powder (DMAE), Vinpocetine, Melatonin.

I personally intend to try Ginseng + Ginkgo Biloba...

Calea is worth trying. It's not expensive.

I have never accurately tracked how effective Calea is at helping me become lucid. That would take a heck of a lot of datapoints to draw a statistically meaningful conclusion.

Roughly speaking, my perception is that it definately helps me remember my dreams better, and seems to help a little in obtaining lucidity.

As I mention to most people, if you're looking for a pill to make you lucid - try galantamine and choline. I have now taken this combo 27 times and become lucid 26 of those times. Generally, I have more than 1 lucid per session on this combo. That's as close as you're going to get to a free ticket to lucidity.

Is that choline bitartrate or choline citrate?

I don't have the pills in front of me. It's one of the combined formulas. There are only a few commercially available. I take two caps of the "LucidDreamer" formula which has 4 mg galantamine and 200 mg of choline per pill. If you do a google search I'm sure you'll find it.
