      Smile Subliminal Lucid 3.0

I've produced a third MP4 for your lucid aid. This is the best one yet, I used the same song that I did for the last one. If you are interested in how subliminal messaging read this study that I did a while ago.

The song is one hour long, but is broken up into four fifteen minute parts. Listen to a part in it’s entirety. You can just listen to one, or two, or three, or all four if you have the time. Just try not to stop in the middle of one.

For best results, headphones or earplugs is the best way to listen because some of the messages is through stereo mixes, moving between your ears. It would also help if you listened to it right before bed, many of us use our computers before going to bed, I do. Turn it on half volume and let it play in the background. It won’t have the full effect as meditating to it before bed with your headphones, but it will have an effect.

For those of you who can sleep with ambient music playing, sleeping with it playing would make sense, that way it is the very last thing that you hear before you fall asleep. Having it start playing while you are already sleep won’t do very much at all. The music will relax you, making you sleep deeper, but you ears aren’t sensitive enough while sleeping to pick out the messages.

For WILDers, I know that many of you combine your WILD with a WBTB method, some of use stay awake for thirty minutes, that would be two of these sound cycles. I know some of you can’t stay up that long so you should listen to one cycle.

Speak of the devil. I was just talking about your study in a different thread!

So the track is 60 minutes? Do the parts differ much (and if not, could you possibly upload a single part)?

I want to ask what phrases you embedded, however... That defeats the purpose of a subliminal message! XD

      I just downloaded the mp3.

I'm sick right now but I'll give it a listen once I can sleep comfortably.

It should be nice and relaxing for you Clairity, feel better. *Runs to get her some soup*

Why do you want just one section? Do you have dial-up or something, each part would still be 15MB if I split it up. If a slow connection is your problem then I'd be glad to take the first part and upload it for you.

Yes, it should be better. It's more aggressive so it should help you have a dream immediately.

lol, i was listening to it on my computer all relaxed and meditative when all of the sudden the MSN sound went DING! and now I'm hungry.

NOTE to noobs like me: turn off msn.
Dreaming is forgetting the basis of reality, remembering it is to be lucid.

I was just wondering why wouldn't your ears be sensitive enough while you are sleeping to pick out the messages? Do you know this for sure? I have no idea about subliminal things, so I was curious if there was proof of that.

I have dreams about what is on the TV all the time. One recently was about a person trying to teach me algebra, like A^2 + B^2 = C^2 , and when I woke up a show teaching algebra was on. Also with your last mp3, I listened to it while sleeping and had a dream about being near the tropical ocean, which I attribute to your mp3 water sounds and birds since I've never had a dream about a tropical ocean. And I also had a lucid dream that night. I don't know if hearing it while I was awake or sleeping had the most effect, but I'm able to listen to it while going to sleep so it can't hurt I guess.

Anyways, thanks for the new mp3! I'll try it tonight.

I've heard things from outside my dream before in my dreams and try to listen to them, but they are always muffled.

yeah, sometimes I can't understand everything, but like in that algebra dream it seems like I heard something clearly, though that wasn't lucid, it was just in my dream.

Well, anyway, I had a couple crazy WILDs that I'll post here since I don't have an online dream journal. The spacing is probably going to be weird since I write these down in a wordpad on the computer, but oh well.

I'll write a summary below this since it's a block of text

"I just had a couple very weird lucid dreams. at first I was tring really hard and was
getting violent visions * all around me as I decended into the dream. I made them all sleep
somehow. It was kind of scary but I really wanted to lucid dream. I then found myself in a
house with some relatives and found my cousin and remembered the lucid task. I asked her
something about myself that I didnt know and she looked at me weird and said I dont know.
I felt like she was hiding something. I went around talking to people and there was
something about someones name, someone that my grandpa knew but I can't remember. I was then
at a school or something and about to go home or somewhere with someone there. I put on a
large fur coat and headed out the door with them. Then the scene changed to near a city.
this was weird because ive never been to a city nor had a lucid dream in one. I try to fly
but cant, then I try again and I am first going slow as I look forward. I then look up to
the stars and go extremely fast and almost into space, but I am on top of a building I was
near somehow. then I want to get down so I try teleporting. ive never done it before but I
tried it and it worked. I was excited about it, I looked behind me and it worked! every
time I tried to fly I would go extremely fast so I decided not to do it anymore so I didnt
go places I didnt want to. I then came across a dog who ran towards me and tried to attack
me. I tried to get him to stop,, like the violent visions, and he did but he said that he
was just going to kill himself with a gun, I didnt want him to do that though , just stop.
then a couple other dogs were trying to get me to help him stop, I think I entered 3rd
person, anotheer thing I dont think ive done. all this time, I couldnt really use my arms
to defend myself, it felt like I was held back because if I did try hard, id move my arm
while sleeping and almost or wake up, and at some point I did and went back to the lucid."

I finally remembered a lucid task. I had better than average dream control. I was able to do things I've never done before like willing things to stop, teleporting, and places and situations I've never experienced before. It was very intense getting into the lucid though. It was very very freaky. At times there would be crazy trippy designs in front of me, or faces and stuff. It was probably the hardest lucid to get into because of the violent feeling as I was going in.

Even so, I am very grateful to have had the lucid, I alway wish I could have more lucids, and I think this has helped me know what to do to get myself into the dream when WILDing. so yay

You've never been to a city? That's crazy man. I've hardly ever been out of one. You're not missing anything, trust me. Quiet and tranquility is much better.

Anyway, I tried the previous one and didn't get any result, though I did only try it once. I'll have to give this one a go if it's more aggressive. Maybe that's just what I need.

I didn't have any lucid dreams, but it made me go to sleep instantly. However, I only listened to it for a few minutes. I'm going to try again tonight, I've been listening to it for around 25 minutes.

For some reason. I find the first one more use than the 2.0 one. I tried listening to 2.0 and nothing but I listened to the first one and then false awakened. but I had realised I was asleep. Is the 3'rd similar? (downloading it anyway hehe)

It's kind of a combination of both methods.

Ehhh... audio while sleeping doesn't do anything for me. I guess I'll stick to the traditional methods.

Not supposed to be listened to during sleep, you should listen to it before sleep.

What if you do both? Meaning, listen to it before and during sleep. Will that still be effective? Because that's what I did.

I tried it two nights in a row. I put it on when I went to bed and fell asleep with it playing. Didn't get lucid, but I did wake up several times during the night. I had to really think to remember the dreams I just had, but was able.

The second night, I heard the subliminal messenger saying something, but I couldn't make it out
