      Hello, new here. Few questions.

Hey, I've been studying some techniques on Lucid Dream for quite
some time. All I've really been doing was listening to mp3's to help me
induce, and I really had no luck with that, I guess because it keeps me
      awake lol.

Whats really a simple task I can do if I want to have a Lucid Dream TONIGHT?
I know RC is one of them, but does that basically help?

Unfortunately, there is no "simple" task or techniques that can have you have lucid dreams that easily. If there was, then we would all have lucid dreams every night. What I believe to be the "easiest" technique would be MILD, it can be quite effective, but it doesn't guarantee a lucid dream on the first try. Some also need to combine MILD with other techniques, like RCs.

There is a tutorial for the MILD technique here: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ead.php?t=1885

And you might want to look at the other techniques here: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...splay.php?f=25

      And welcome to DV.

This should be in the NEWBIE ZONE. I'll have an admin move it.
