      Does it work? Old news?

      Yeah I saw his video today too and I was hoping to find some stuff on here. I'd like to know the level of availability in the USA. The tablets he had in the video look HUGE though. The vitamin b6 tablets I usually use are tiny . . .

      choline is available in any vitamin store. it's pretty cheap too. The time-released formula, Alpha GPC is available too, but it's more expensive.

      Unless you have a choline deficiency in your diet, taking a choline supplement won't help you because your brain has a mechanism which shuts out any excess. This mechanism can be overridden by Galantamine, which is why Galantamine pills often come with some choline added.

      I've been taking choline bitartrate tabs during WBTB for a couple of weeks...haven't noticed anything yet.

      Choline has little effect when taken alone. When mixed with Galamantine is when it becomes effective.
