Vitamin B6 at 200mg before bed after eating chocolate and drinking a glass of milk has helped me obtain lucidity 50 % of the times I've tried it. I have lots of dreams after taking it, sleep lighter, and wake a couple of times a night. It is really helping my DILD's and I have been just recognizing something isn't right and turning it into a lucid dream. With other substances I usually have WBTB-WILD's but B6 is more causing DILD's.
I haven't tried B12 at bedtime yet, though I suspect it might work, as B12 gives you energy, it could more energize your brain, causing you to sleep lighter, I'll have to give it a try, I have 1200 mcg sublinqual.
One other thing, I have found that it takes 200mg of B6 to work for me, although I have not tried 150, but I know 200mg works great sometimes, gives vivid dreams most of the time. 100mg does nothing, in fact I usually don't even remember my dreams with 100mg.
