Has anyone tried the herb Kanna to see if has any effect on dreaming?
Basically Kanna is a mood altering substance that is suppose to elevate your mood and decreases anxiety, stress and tension. Also, it is believed to be a Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor (SSRI), which is similar to anti-depressants. The reason I ask is because I know some anti-depressants are said to increase dream intensity/vividness and possibly recall.
