      "Brilliant Dreams" Supplement?

So there's this supplement, most of you have probably heard of it... it's called "Brilliant Dreams." Here's the link for those of you who haven't:

      http://www.dreamsupplement.com/

It contains Galantamine and Choline, as well as Melatonin, so its pretty standard "dream inducing ingredients."

Has anyone used it? Good experiences? Bad? Worth the money?

would love your thoughts. If this stuff actually helps, Im in! haha

      peace.

I would like to know as well. Please post your results.

Thomas Yuschak suggests 250-500mg of Choline, btw, so keep that in mind if you don't have success. You may want to try again with an additional Choilne supplement.

The melatonin dose is right according to Yuschak: .5mg to help you get back to sleep w/o overly suppressing your REM cycle.

      Good Luck.

Jolly Roger- Definitely let us all know when you decide to experiment. I think that most of us would be interested in hearing about your experience.

      Very interesting stuff here.

I've always been somewhat hesitant regarding the vitamin supplementation simply because it's my belief that the platform for lucid dreams is built on consciousness and spirit, not on biological factors.

      Even so, this is intriguing.

For my two cents, it's a little too pricey though.

Looking forward to someone reporting back in on it though.[/FONT]

Thomas Yuschak also recomends not using melatonin in this combination. You might try the Galantamind product instead. You can always add melotonin on the side if you want to experiment.
