the thought of self inducing lucidity upon yourself should never seem like that which is abstract. so to offer any insight on the topic of, i would say that tantric meditation, especially open eye, should be viewed as a stepping stone on the path to vivid dreaming. its always best to have somewhat of a mi-nute understanding involving the energy systems of the body. i can only suggest to others that ones breath should be viewed as an act of modification. due to unspecific reasons within this thread, humans began to breathe in a complete different way than when they used to. instead of breathing from our chakras and absorbing prana the correct way, humans started to breath through their nose and mouth..
this shift took place due to the fall of something much greater around 13000 years ago. basically, to anyone who knows of what i speak, its safe to say that this is period in which we entered the "second consciousness" and that becuase of this we now exist in an era known as the "Great Void".
never deny any visualization within the mind. what im getting at is that lucidity can be induced even without dreaming, specifically through an awareness all can achieve. to keep things short, lucid dreaming should be a choice, not a random act.
so in conclusion, we are all visionaries. contemplation of the bodies energy and alteration of the breath can induce ecstatic trances in which elevations of the mind take place. "dreaming" is just a mind state we so habitually enter.
Never cease to exist, for one day your eye shall open, if it is not already.
