      Yerba Maté and traditional Kundalini

i know i am a very notorious mushroom and heavy pot user, but for once it's nothing about hallucinating, there is nothing wrong about appreciating a nice yerba maté before getting ready to wander.
my process is usually to drink two cups of yerba maté just before two or three hours of kundalini meditation, and then i get totally naked and get down to business ( lying down on pure cotton bedsheets, no clothes, no jewlery, especially no jewlery, turn off your phone, unplug your home phone, make sure you doorbell is off, and make sure your significant other is not going to barge in yelling "honey i'm hooome", because there is nothing more irritating and frustrating than being abruptly interrupted), and it works like a charm, if you are willing to go further into what the nude eyes can not see, after a couple of years of intense practising (many years sometimes, but they key is to be VERY patient), you can even find the backdoor to astral travelling into the Lucid Dreams.

Kundalini Meditation is a way to open the 7 chakras, starting from the one situated between your anus and your vagina (for girls) working up on opening one afer another going up the whole spine up to the last two in the head, to reach the kundalini awakening (sorry if i speak chineese, but i am not so good at explaining those things a easy way that everybody can understand) it can be a very very long practise ( at least when i started it took me over 4 months to open one chakra). if you want help to practise i suggest you go to an hindu temple, that's how i learned

Can't quite understand the role of the Yerba Maté in the process...
