Are there certain things you should include in your diet that will help you attain lucidity/recall your dreams better? my friend said that eggs are good because they contain choline in them. what ever that is... haha. he also said to take some melatonin. i tried the melatonin and it made attaining sleep easier, and it made me feel better and more awake when i woke up but it made remembering dreams very hard. so, are there any foods/pills that you can take to help you attain lucidity and remember your dreams?
