      Ginger ale = Lucid Dream!?

Alright, well I just realized something. I had my first Lucid Dream about a week ago... And I loved it! I think it was a "Natural" LD because I didn't do any reality checks or WILD or anything like that, I just entered the dream running through a cornfield and knew I was dreaming.

      Here's the weird part:

I had been trying to LD for about 3-4 weeks before that with absolutely no luck. So I just gave up a little bit before I had the LD. One night my father went out and got pizza and all we had in the house was ginger ale. So I just decided I'd drink it. Well that night when I went to bed I had a VERY vivid LD.

Has this happened to anyone else?

most likely it was the cheese from the pizza that gave you the LD.

Theres some threads on cheese as a Lucid Aid

Ah! Thank you! I never knew that. I guess I'll see if it works again tonight. Is it specific kinds of cheese or just any cheese?
