I got a hold of my first set of B6/B12 tablets.
They are the pink ones that dissolve in your mouth right away.
I have never used them before so I had a few questions as to
how to use them.
Do you take them before you go to bed?
Or do you sleep like 6 hours, then pop one and attempt to WB2B?
Those who take these tablets, how do you use them?
and what techniques work best with them?
