      melanin?

      sorry if this question has been asked (and i'm sure it has!) but does melanin aid in attaining lucidity?

      Melanin causes skin pigmentation: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melanin

      Melatonin on the other hand does effect sleep, but I don't know of anyone who has successfully used just melatonin to attain lucidity: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melatonin

      I have never used it, but I hear it helps with clarity more than lucidity. Try B6, it is much more renound and easier to get your hands on.

      By far, Mothra (in all of it's forms) is the worst kaiju of all time.
