      Name thy successful fruit juice!

I've had good results with Orange Juice, Apple juice sometimes and particularly great results with Cherry Cider.

I consumed at least two 250 ml glasses of each accompanied with a dosage of Emergen-C and the most relaxing song I have ever heard, Mike Mills.

      And you?

I've seen good results from drinking 7 ounces of orange juice before bed, but only in terms of dream recall. It doesn't seem to affect lucidity or how vivid my dreams are. I haven't tried anything else yet.

If you happen to be near a Trader Joe's, pick up some cherry cider. It helps with lucidity and recall in general.

Cranberry juice! I drank a gallon of it in one day, and had 3 LDs!
