      Chocolate / caffeine

I have tried the galantamine + L-theanine + L-Aspartic combo before bed but no lucid. I also changed it up with galantamine alone but I was not able to attain a lucid at all. I found that galantamine kept me awake and it was hard for me to go to sleep. I tried apple juice and no lucid as well. But yesterday I ate some dark chocolate before going to bed and 5 hours later I had a vivid dream. I did not know it would give me a dream at all so I didn't try any RC in the dream. I'm just relieved that I dreamed at all and I remembered it upon waking up. I'm going to try some chocolate before bed again to see if it wasn't just a fluke. Anyone else tried chocolate or caffeine substance before bed able to lucid?

For a while I liked to eat a piece of high quality Belgan chocolate before bed every night. It was fun, and I liked to think it helped me become lucid. But I'm a natural and LD a lot without doing anything, so it really is hard to tell.

Keep us up-dated on your experiences with chocolat/caffine before bed!

I've had luck with eating chocolate before bed and drinking a glass of milk then taking 250mg of Vitamin B6. This worked for a while, now if I try it I don't notice any difference.

I've also had some luck with drinking a lot of caffeine drinks during the evening hours, though it also seemed to only work for a while.
