It depends on how much sleep you got. If it still dosen't work you can try fine tuning the time slot to slightly later like an hour later if you slept late that night.

What convinced me that it's the pill was the fact that I was in a dry spell of bad recall even in the mornings for weeks. And then have a 1 to 1 transfer of memory into an LD (miracle) complete with back up plan when it did not go my way as expected.... Then stopped the pill for a while and bad recall again. But the pill cannot be taken consecutively within a 6 hour period or I'll have cramps in the head.... Does anyone know what causes it? Maybe it's too strong for me.
