Good Self Hypnosis MP3s?

Hi,

I was looking on the web today for Self Hypnosis MP3s.

I made a couple of my own - but I lack a good microphone and so the quality is really crappy (was using my earphones as a mic - lol).

There are a few sites that have Lucid Dreaming MP3s you can download for a fee.

One even claims it has endorsements from Dreamviews! :

Has anyone used these with success? I cant find any of the claimed endorsements anywhere.

They vary in price from 10$ to 40$ bucks - and would rather not waste my money unless people have had good success with them.

Please post your findings if you have used these and any you can recommend.
