      Dream Herbs

      Has anybody here had any experiences with Calea Zacatechichi, Silene Capensis, Entada rheedii or Valerian Root?

      Thinking about buying some and giving them a shot. The Calea looks the most promising IMO.

      Sorry, I didn't see the billion other threads about this same thing before posting.

      Well the valerian is not that great. i got a bottle of the pills and it says take three. that didnt do anything so i took 15. it helped me fall asleep but not that much. and no effects on dreaming for me
