I came over this device which is primarly focused on the gaming industry. The device trains you to controll your alpha and beta waves so you can stear around in games, without using the traditional mouse and keyboard. The deeper you breath and the more relaxed you are the easier it is to use this device they claim.

Its basicly a simpel brainscanner. A cheap one to.

If there is created software directed towards monitoring the brain, it could be interesting to use as a meditation tool.
