Dreamboost.
At a local ex-head shop now graffiti supply store that I go to a lot I noticed that they had recently got these supplements called Dreamboost (http://dreamboost.com/) which claim to make your sleeping and dreaming better, increase vitality and energy, you know the deal. Anyway, it was a 20 tablet box for $10. I didn't buy it because I wasted my money on other things, but was wondering if anyone has tried these before and if they've actually worked to any extent. I'll probably end up buying some anyway because I'm too naive, but some feedback would be nice.

Why not read th ingredient's list, or the panel on the side, so as to determine which vitamins they claim give the effects? Seems to me to be another B-12 pill, with some angel dusting of other ingredients (ie. the plant extracts).
You could get a whole bottle of B-12 pills cheaper, anyway.

The ingredients look good. If you have had success with supplements before, it could be worth a go.
