oh you mean bill?
I know that if you take menthol (which is found in pretty much anything 'peppermint') it helps with recall or vividness (can't remember which one)
and caffine (not too much, just a little bit) will make your dreams INSANELY vivid.
Apart from this,
i don't know a whole lot except that apparently almonds are good for dreams in general, but i haven't tried that out yet.
Good luck :P
My personal would probably be peppermint tea during a WBTB if you have any around.
I've heard that apple juice works really well even before bed.
I've tried the tbsp of mustard a few times, and had a lucid probably 1/3.
Yeah, i've heard that peppermint tea is good.
Unfortunately i can't make noise at night or i will wake people, so i need to have everything i am going to take by my bed.
No meat, no tea, no milk, no eggs, etc. :|
Actually, what I do for the tea is I steep it the night before and keep in in a tumbler leaned up against my bed/wall. I wake naturally, sit up, drink it, and go right back to bed or BR. (I like very short WBTBs).
That is such a good idea!
i have to try that now
thank you :)
I've had some success with dark chocolate. I've been reading 'Advanced Lucid Dreaming - The Power of Supplements' by Thomas Yushak.
Part of his technique involves increasing deep sleep at the start of the night, which in turn causes REM rebound and leads to longer REM sleep later. This is achieved by increasing serotonin. He uses 5-HTP but you can also Tryptophan (both precursors to serotonin).
There are lots of foods that contain tryptophan, including dark chocolate. Have a look at the list here - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tryptophan
Cheese also contains a high amount of tryptophan!
also here is a good list of tryptophan containing foods: https://www.healthaliciousness.com/a...phan-foods.php
