      Whole Grain Bread

hey everyone. usually i have a whole grain bread peanut butter and jelly sandwich as a midnight snack before i head to bed and ive always had tons of dreams and excellent recall in the morning. I only restarted having the sandwiches a couple days ago, but ever since, its been tons of dreams. So maybe you guys can try that and see if it works or not for amount of dreams.
I am just curious now that i have the dreams and the dream recall, would something like B6 pills help attaining lucidity? if so wut amount? i know the answer is prob on the forum but I couldnt find any solid answer
      hope i can help

Hmm, I would think that would hurt it. There could be something I'm missing though. I always thought grains and such before bed made dreaming difficult. Anyway, about B6.

For me, B6 didn't do much. Gave me a few dreams, but they were not vivid at all.

      Here's ninja's thing about B6.
      Bollocks.
