You should take b-6 before bed and wait to put on the nicotine patch after 5-6 hours of sleep. If you wear it the whole night it can throw off your sleep cycle since it can cause longer REM periods, which would theoretically cause you to have less deep sleep.
I've used the patch for this purpose before, I will probably try it with galantamine tomorrow.
