Thread: Can any kind of juice

Keep a dream journal regularly first. That is the Number One thing to do to increade vividness and dream recall.
No kind of juice has ever had any effect on my dreams, but I have heard things about apple juice helping, to a degreee.

As for any kind of juice... I've heard that most juices help.

That is, if they are really juice... Sugary drinks and artificial flavors probably won't help much.

I've only gotten positive results when drinking juice.

Only juice though; not even vitamins with. Just juice.
