      Kava, Valerian Root, and Passion Flower

      Kava tincture, two drops dissolved in a glass of water.

      x2 350mg Valerian Root Capsules

      x2 100mg Passion Flower Capsules


      Taking all of this together a couple of hours before going to sleep made my dreams EXTREMELY vivid and linear. Yes, LINEAR.

      But anyway, I had a lucid dream after I did this....which was last night. I'm going to do it again tonight and see if it happens again.


      Has anyone else ever taken any of these supplements, either together or separately with any varying degree of success pertaining to achieving lucidity?
