this technuqie is similar to a MILD but like FILD differs from WILD so does my idea
the idea is to buy some kind of food (preferable something small about the size of MnMs) and keep repeating to yourself that when you eat it close to the time you go to sleep you will have a lucid dream or a very vivid dream.
